Congratulations to Director Glenda Cimino, Beaver Row Heritage Players for winning a Spotlight 2020 Silver Award for her film ‘Donnybrook’s Hidden Treasure’.

The name Donnybrook comes from the Irish Domhnach Broc, meaning “The Church of Saint Broc”. Donnybrook Graveyard in Dublin, Ireland, dates back to the 8th century and was originally the location of a church and community founded by St Broc. This film looks at the past,present and future of this ancient sacred site, with some insights into some of the famous and unknown people buried there, and interviews with people passionate about preserving it.
