Who We Are

Donnybrook TidyTowns committee is organised and run by a core group of Volunteers who are appointed each year at the Annual public information / AGM evening where all the public are invited.  

The 2016 committee consists of the following:

  • Niall Loftus,  Chairperson
  • Alice Healy, Secretary / Schools Liaison Officer
  • Declan Connolly, Treasurer
  • Sean Brennan,  Public Relations
  • Denise Brennan, Youth Committee Officer
  • Martin Leonard,  Operations
  • Ben Fox, Volunteer
  • Bernie Lills, Dublin City Council Liaison Officer

In addition we have a number of volunteers drawn from all area’s of the community who come out join us for Team-Clean-Ups etc. when they can.  We also have a dedicated crew who are out there keeping the Village spick and span and also those who perform weekly minding of our Floral casks as part of our adopt an Island initiative.  We are blessed to have people such as Ben Fox, (Pembroke Cottages), Martin Leonard (Morehampton Road), Vincent O’Brien, (Beech Hill), Donny Collins, (Morephampton Road), Ann Delaney, (Eglington Road), Patrick King, (Donnybrook Castle), Tim Neville (Beech Hill), Stepehen Owens (Donnybrook Fire Station) and many many others.
